We are seeking a HR Advsior(M/F) to support our operations in Canada and the USA across our various subsidiaries.

Mission

Responsibilities Profile

  • Recruitment:
  • Work closely with management and the HR team in France to identify recruitment needs.
  • Write and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Search for and attract talent via social networks and CV databases.
  • Analyze, screen, and select relevant applications.
  • Serve as the initial contact with candidates by conducting pre-screenings and interviews, either remotely or by phone.
  • Present candidates to key decision-makers, acting as an intermediary.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and follow through until contract signing.
  • Onboarding and Welcoming New Employees:
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring the proper completion of contractual and administrative formalities.
  • Facilitate new employees' adaptation to their work environment, covering areas such as paid leave, sick leave, and workplace accidents.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Establish a group culture for the various companies expanding into North America.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee payroll in collaboration with accounting and administrative services, ensuring payroll data accuracy.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Experience with HR software and tools.

  • Languages: French and English.
