Role: Sr. BSA

Key Responsibilities

• Work with telecom business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing telecom systems and processes, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that improve service delivery and system performance.
• Provide technical expertise by reviewing and understanding Java code, ensuring that system functionality meets the business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with telecom development teams to implement systems that support telecom provisioning, billing, and network operations.
• Ensure smooth integration between telecom systems and external vendors or third-party applications.
• Support telecom project teams through requirements gathering, system analysis, and technical documentation.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts to ensure the final solution aligns with telecom operational requirements.
• Assist in workflow mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement of telecom applications.
• Liaise with developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of Java-based systems and telecom infrastructure.
• Stay updated with emerging telecom technologies and practices, integrating best-in-class processes and tools into ongoing projects.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst in the telecommunications industry, with hands-on experience in Java development.
• Deep understanding of telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, network provisioning, and billing systems.
• Understanding of Java, with the ability to understand and review code to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Experience in working with telecom processes like service provisioning, activation, and service management.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols and services such as VoIP, LTE, 5G, SMS, and MMS.
• Knowledge of telecom network architectures and integration with customer management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
