As the Purchasing Specialist your day-to-day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain reports
- Manage schedules
- Confirm delivery information and materiel status
- Prepare detailed meeting minutes
- Respond to all email inquiries
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Showcase your skills as a Purchasing Specialist with our client. The successful Purchasing Specialist will possess the following:
- 4+ years of related experience or 8+ years as an Expeditor in oil and gas
- Familiar with purchasing and negotiations
- Post-secondary education
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Available to start immediately
