What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead and manage projects engineering team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Values & Objectives.
  • Drive to align & improve engineering processes within the OPSIC (Operation Support, Interiors and Completion) Global Platform
  • Continuously evaluate engineering processes to implement improvements with Design to Cost, Design for Manufacturing, and lean processes in mind.
  • Oversee and assign resources required for M&T projects within OPSIC Engineering Team.
  • Support Scope, Budget, Cost & Capacity planning & control for OPSIC Engineering Team Global platform
  • Collaborate with Project Engineering Manager on setting long-term strategic planning
  • Be responsible for the employee performance management program (PMP)
  • Oversees and supports team’s training and development plans


How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. PMI certification is an asset
  • You have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of engineering experience within the Aerospace industry.
  • You have experience in project management as well as working knowledge of aircraft development.
  • You are an organized person with leadership skills and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • You have logical and flexible mindsets, show initiatives and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.
  • Some activities will require work outside of normal business hours
