Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 15 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. With over 50,000 units and almost 8 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life’s transitions.

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator who will take the reins on daily and seasonal execution of Mini Mall Storage’s corporate signage placement, and national trade contract management.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist Operations partners with on-boarding key service providers to new locations that have been
  • Develop relationships with national vendors to provide corporate signage, waste management, snow removal, landscaping, pest control,
  • Issue Contracts to vendors through Adobe Sign.
  • Develop solid working relationships with key
  • Develop deep understanding of vendor base capabilities, strengths, and
  • Provide detailed status reports & updates on seasonal service agreements.
  • Advise on new sourcing missions, with research & vendor
  • Advise on management processes for tracking progress of contracts, completed tasks and forecasting for future budgets.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 2+ years in a mid-level or Coordinator role, preferably in self-storage, facilities, or Real Estate
  • Work experience in a small or medium sized business environment, ideally in a high growth
  • Deep understanding of the importance of Operational needs and timing.
  • Ability to problem-solve challenging issues, by bringing simplicity and clarity to dynamic or complicated
  • Strong computer skills-MS Office Suite (MS Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, )
  • Ability to learn new Software as a Service programs (SaaS) quickly, e.g., Smartsheet, Yardi, and Adobe products.
  • Strong oral and written communication
