Context

The RAMS department is currently expanding, and we are seeking a senior safety engineer to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will involve leading safety analyses on various systems and at the aircraft integration level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the safety engineering efforts for a wide range of systems, including aircraft, train, and subsystem designs for our clients.
  • Conduct safety analyses, including Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA), Preliminary System Safety Assessments (PSSA), System Safety Assessments (SSA), and Common Cause Analyses (CCA).
  • Contribute to certification efforts by building relations with authorities, such as the FAA, EASA, and other international regulatory bodies.
  • Build a strong relationship with the client based on confidence.
  • Give support to junior engineers and actively participate to the LGM Group RAMS community
  • Participate to the realization of targeted objectives for the development cycle.
  • Participate in technical and administrative meetings.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position with industrial systems;
  • Knowledge of RAMS methodologies such as Preliminary Risk Analysis, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA);
  • Exposure to several industry standards surch as: EN 50126, MIL-HDBK 781A et 61A, ISO26262, IEC 61511, et DEF STAN 00-56 Part 1 & 2.

  • Client oriented attitude.
  • Security clearance (Asset)
