- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, category operations, trade management, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Identify market trends, changes, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the sales team and sales agency meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team and sales agency, fostering a culture of high engagement and performance.
- Evaluate and develop sales agency capabilities to improve productivity and execution.
- Demonstrate and promote the values of The Coca-Cola Company through words, actions, and by example.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.
- 3+ years' experience managing professional sales teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in market research data analysis, including platforms like Nielsen, and the ability to develop successful business plans.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
- Offer the thrill of working with iconic and innovative brands, including Simply, Minute Maid, & Fairlife.
- Present opportunities to engage with a wide and diverse range of customers, from retail and grocery outlets to theme parks and restaurants.
