Fairmont Gold is highest level of personalized luxury service within the Fairmont Royal York and the finest hotel experience in Toronto. Reporting to Fairmont Gold Manager, the Fairmont Gold Supervisor collaborates with all hotel departments to curate unforgettable moments within the Fairmont Gold Lounge and our beautifully appointed rooms. 

Followed by:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Coordinating all aspects of the Fairmont Gold floors, to ensure the smooth operation and highest level of guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Engage Fairmont Gold guests with full concierge services, creating the quintessential Toronto experience.
  • Supervising all contributing staff members who provide services to the Fairmont Gold area to ensure that the appropriate services levels are provided and achieved at all times.
  • Handle Fairmont Gold guest concerns in relations to the areas and react quickly, logging, following up and bringing to full resolution.
  • Lead the operation of the Fairmont Gold arrival and departures experience.
  • Involvement with training, development and performance management of all Fairmont Gold Pantry Attendants.


  • A minimum of two years, 4 Diamond Hotel Concierge or Front Office experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • An operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems-Oracle Opera and Microsoft Office suite
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
