Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist who is responsible for performing numerous reception and clerical duties and ensuring that the day-to-day responsibilities and tasks of reception are completed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager.

What You Get to Do:

• Greet everyone entering the office with a positive and charming personality
• Manage reception area, direct calls, manage office supplies, and manage/book meeting rooms
• Maintain office manual and contact lists
• Coordinate couriered shipments, including alerting team members when packages arrive
• Order/manage access cards, name plates and manage Outlook distribution lists
• Coordinate maintenance requests as well as safety orientations
• Administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
• Monitor and follow up on any irregularities in invoices
• Support team with creating and managing Purchase orders
• Other duties as required
  
  

Who You Are:

• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communicator, both with external and internal clients
• Comfortable navigating through basic Microsoft office applications such as calendar management in outlook, excel, word.
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Willing to learn new applications
