What You Will Do

  • Contribute to the bid process cycle.
  • Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail.
  • Perform thorough quantity take-offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing.
  • Maintain a focus on client pricing requirements for project feasibility.
  • Cultivate relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Explore innovative solutions and opportunities within the parameters of the project.

This role could be for you if you have

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant estimating experience in the construction industry.
  • A University Degree, College Diploma or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management. Or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.
  • Experience building relationships with industry and project stakeholders.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the bid process cycle.
  • Critical research skills used for identifying and analyzing project-specific expenses.
  • Expertise in quantity take-offs to guarantee accuracy in contract specifications and pricing.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with estimation software.
