We are currently looking for a dynamic and accomplished sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive, Home Builder Partner Channel in a subcontractor position. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of consistent success in sales and lead generation within the security industry, as well as the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing relationships with established builder partners.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close sales deals for security solutions with new homeowners.
  • Forge partnerships with home builders to integrate our security solutions for their clients.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive sales growth by presenting security solutions to potential builder partners.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the security or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in articulating technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance with organizational software, technology, and best practices.
