Job Description

Yard Associates provide a service to customers, ensuring that our product displays are safe and easy to shop. We assist customers with picking and loading their products. To offer these services, we need associates who enjoy manual handling and physical work. 

Responsibilities

  • Works safely
  • Select products using voice/head set or RF gun
  • Build safe pallets
  • Drive machines (e.g. Center Rider) while following safety procedures
  • Organizes and maintains displays including promotional signage and price labels
  • Loads, unloads, replenishes and restocks various areas
  • Follows proper processes and completes paperwork for order picking, returns or identifying damaged goods
  • Learns about new products

Qualifications

  • Safety mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Education required: High school or GED
  • Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Position is physically demanding; ability to lift over 50 Lbs. throughout the shift
  • Open availability morning, day, evening and weekend shift
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to work outside in variable temperatures and weather conditions
