City: Calgary, AB
Contract type: Intern

Propra is reimagining property management with a focus on using technology to alleviate the administrative burden for landlords and property managers so they can focus on what matters most—growing their business and delivering an exceptional living experience for their residents.

As a startup, you have the opportunity to join us on the ground floor and make a lasting impact. Our team is highly collaborative and customer-obsessed, often working beyond traditional role boundaries to move the business forward and create meaningful change.

Join Propra as an Operations Intern and immerse yourself in a fast-paced, startup environment where you'll gain hands-on experience with operations and technology in the property management industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work across teams, gain valuable insights, and make a direct impact on both our customers and Propra’s growth. If you're eager to learn, grow, and truly contribute to a company's success, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Identify, document, and report platform bugs to the technical team, collaborating to test and implement solutions.
  • Help build and maintain our resource hub for customer support and platform documentation.
  • Assist new customers during platform onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup and strong foundation for success.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects across product, sales, operations, and technology to drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with enrollment in your 3rd or 4th year.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in technology or operations.
  • Innovative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for solving problems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting while taking ownership of individual tasks.

This is a full-time, 4-month internship starting January 6, 2025, with the potential for extension into Summer 2025 based on performance. The position is open to post-secondary students in their 3rd or 4th year, who plan to return to full-time or part-time studies after the internship. Candidates must be based in Calgary or willing to relocate for on-site work.

Start your journey with Propra today and gain hands-on experience that will shape the future of property management—and your career.

At Propra, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
