Overview: 
Arcadis is seeking a Project Administrator who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation of projects by providing administrative support to project managers and project teams. The incumbent will help keep the project on track and support the project manager in achieving project goals. 

We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today’s mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world’s growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Assisting in planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all tasks are on track
  • Preparing, organizing and maintaining project documentation, including but not limited to meeting minutes, projects plans, reports and contract documents
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues to keep project on track
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all stakeholders
  • Performing quality control throughout the project to maintain expected standards
  • Organizing and attending project meetings, record decisions and manage project calendars
  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities
  • Keep track of project budget and expenditures


  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, particularly in project management, is highly desirable
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as strong computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi tasking abilities to manage project tasks and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
  • Good time management skills to handle tasks and meet deadlines

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $107,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
