    What will your typical day look like?

    As a member of the Process Optimization team, the Operations Analyst will play a critical role in daily operations, ensuring Process Optimization leadership is equipped with accurate process metrics and initiative status to make informed decisions. You will be expected to oversee the development and delivery of enhancement processes and provide thought leadership as required around process and SLA insights. Outstanding research, analytical, and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leaders to support the ongoing review and identification of process optimization opportunities
    • Help facilitate the process optimization teams intake process, prioritization activities, and communication with key stakeholders
    • Analyze process metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
    • Partner with process owners and leaders to explore, align, and deliver refined processes that address areas of concern
    • Collaborate with Process Optimization leaders to understand reporting requirements and ensure information/insights are delivered timely and accurately
    • Develop and maintain process optimization roadmaps
    • Leverage analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel and Tableau to perform advanced analytics to serve leadership and stakeholders
    • Research/remain current with best practices industry-wide, to support innovation and process optimization

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree; majors in IT/CIS/Business preferred, with other majors considered
    • At least 5 years of business process/project delivery experience, preferably in a global organization
    • Proven track record using process analysis, and documentation
    • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent relationship management skills
    • Advanced experience in MS Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint
    • Adaptable, and well organized to respond to changing priorities,
    • Ability to be proactive and work alone as well as part of a larger team (team player)
    • Analytical and flexible with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar and complex concepts
    • The ability to synthesize and visualize complex data

    Preferred:

    • Certifications such as Six Sigma preferred, other certifications considered
    • At least 7 years of business process/project delivery experience, preferably in a global organization
    • Proven track record using visualization, and/or roadmap development
    • Experience with enterprise project management tools like ServiceNow

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
