What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Collaborate within a team focused on customer care and meeting portfolio targets.
  • Present product proposals to customers and customize solutions to their needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop annual strategies for territory expansion.
  • Maintain CRM data throughout the sales cycle and manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct business reviews and participate in trade shows to promote Reliance’s services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
  • Work with Operations to ensure smooth installations and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a sales team, completing other duties as required.

What do you bring?

  • A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance.
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent experience in property management or related fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years in sales with a proven track record in managing larger, complex accounts; ideally in service sales.
  • At least 2+ years in a key account manager role.
  • Previous HVAC or industry experience preferred.
  • Strong team orientation with a drive to achieve sales and corporate goals.
  • Boardroom presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Solid computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Windows, AutoCAD, PowerPoint).
  • Daily contributions and updates to CRM regarding sales activities.
