Reporting to the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator at The Brick helps organize, coordinate and support marketing promotions between Marketing & Ecommerce Teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Team to support the marketing programs. Additionally, you’ll be a key part of the Ecommerce QA & Testing process, be involved in promotion planning and scheduling, and provide detailed reports on our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and sales events with other teams.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (designers, developers) to validate promotions before launch.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Cross-Browser Testing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets and Docs.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, SEO Tools, Email Marketing software).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify and Shopify development (Ruby, Liquid) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant workplace experience considered an asset
  • Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
  • Your number 1 strength will be strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience in reviewing advertising materials
  • Highly effective time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
  • A Quick Learner. The ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience
  • The desire to learn more and dedication to move ahead
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
