What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

In this role you will perform the following:

  • Strategic Planning: In partnership with the Financial Operations Lead, design and continually refine the strategic project roadmap for the fiscal year, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present updates, and drive decision-making processes, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations tailored to audiences ranging from technical staff to C-level executives, effectively communicating strategic value and progress of projects.
  • Performance Measurement: Support the assessment and reporting of strategic project outcomes against defined metrics to evaluate impact and inform future initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across functions with teams in finance, technology, and operations to integrate project efforts and ensure cohesive strategic execution.
  • Analytical framework development: Work with the Strategic Manager in the development of analytical methods to analyze data and derive insights from a myriad of different sources, creating an data-driven foundational layer for strategic decisions.

Do you possess the following?:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Analytical and data-analysis roles
  • Experience in Market research, customer-centric approaches, and data-driven insights generation.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communications skills and a track record in client-facing roles.
  • Previous successful experiences while operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
