Ensiti is looking for a dynamic Amazon E-Commerce Manager for a fast-growing consumer goods company, headquartered in downtown Montreal, specializing in designing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative products for leading Consumer goods brands in North America. As they continue expanding their presence across major e-commerce platforms, they are seeking a dynamic Amazon E-Commerce Manager to spearhead the growth efforts on Amazon and contribute to our broader e-commerce strategy.



The Amazon E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the Amazon strategy. This position involves managing the entire sales cycle, from product listing to performance analysis, while driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and possesses a solid understanding of the Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Amazon sales strategies to meet revenue growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business goals and execute channel-specific initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Amazon to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Monitor and adjust sales forecasts, ensuring strategic responses to emerging trends.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance product visibility.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings.
  • Optimize product listings by applying SEO best practices and improving content quality to enhance search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Manage paid media campaigns in partnership with external agencies, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Implement new tools and stay up-to-date with e-commerce innovations to boost efficiency and competitiveness.

 



  • 5+ years of experience on Amazon marketplace, Vendor Central, or any similar experience
  • Proven experience in managing Amazon marketplace channels, with a focus on sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, digital marketing strategies, and SEO.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in managing inventory and optimizing supply chain efficiencies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for e-commerce innovation and growth.
