As the Overnight Assistant Manager, you will apply your leadership and people skills to manage overall hotel operations, ensuring a smooth and exceptional guest experience during the night. You will collaborate with key departments, work closely with teams, and oversee the successful completion of night audit procedures, all contributing to the seamless flow of our nightly operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any problems and concerns with exceptional services and ensuring guest safety is our number one priority
  • Reconcile revenue balances, process guest ledgers and balance accounts receivable, balance and audit postings and settlements
  • Prepare management reports
  • Ensure all system updates for the front office is completed 
  • Lead, support and supervise all overnight operational departments
  • Other duties as assigned


Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous front office or accounting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Understanding of Forbes 5 Star 
  • Excellent Microsoft Window application and PMS experience is required
  • Highly organized, ability to be flexible and proven skills working in a fast-paced environment with constant standing and walking throughout the shift
