In this role, you will assist the team leader in coordinating and documenting committee follow-ups and analyzing strategic initiatives. You will ensure the proper organization and coordination of meetings for the CISO management committee and manage the calendar and follow-ups for committees where information security is represented. Your insatiable curiosity, sense of initiative, and ability to seek out missing information will set you apart. You will be the person who finds the answers and additional information needed for well-informed and enlightened decisions.


Your role:
  • Organize, manage calendars, and prepare agendas for management and follow-up committees.
  • Ensure the smooth running of activities, follow-up and control of team actions.
  • Document decisions made and ensure rigorous follow-up of files.
  • Assist the team leader with summaries, file follow-ups, and presentation preparations.
  • Propose and implement improvement solutions to optimize the organization's sector.
  • Take charge of the follow-up of certain initiatives to be analyzed in collaboration with the team.
  • Work closely with the sector's administrative assistants.
Your team:
The IT and Operations sector includes more than 5,500 experts who work agilely, proactively, and collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technologies, and continuously improve processes. Within the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, you will join a team of about 40 colleagues, under the direction of the Senior Director of the Information Security Office. The team is distinguished by a friendly atmosphere, a strong spirit of mutual aid, and close collaboration with other teams to deliver quality results.

Basic requirements:
  • Three-year college diploma (DEC) or equivalent academic background in a related field, and at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in team or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a team, take initiative, and demonstrate proactivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
