In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our IT workforce, tracking resources, and enhancing space planning initiatives. Your collaboration with the Human Resources & IT team will be crucial in ensuring that our organization's IT staffing aligns with strategic business objectives.

The IT Business Office Analyst - IT Workforce Planning is a crucial member of the IT Business Office team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, IT Business Office, the IT Business Office Analyst plays a central role in ensuring effective processes are in place for resources and space planning related to IT Work Force Plan (WFP). Responsibilities include leading comprehensive IT workforce planning analyses, collaborating with HR to maintain workforce tracking systems, engaging in IT-focused space planning, generating IT-centric reports, and working with cross-functional teams to align strategies with IT project timelines.


Contract D&IT Business Office Analyst - Workforce Plan Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in IT workforce planning and space management within the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights within an IT context.
  • Proficient in using workforce management tools and software, such as SAP, Workday, Success Factor, Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR, IT professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis within an IT framework.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving IT work environment.


Contract D&IT Business Office Analyst - Workforce Plan Desired Skills
