We are looking for a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our retail team located at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable and overall support the Senior Manager of Portfolio Administration and Property Management team.

We are looking for a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our retail team located at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable and overall support the Senior Manager of Portfolio Administration and Property Management team.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable: updating/creating analyses for accounts receivable balances, explaining balances, providing support and reporting weekly on status of AR.
- Tenant Information Tracking: maintaining detailed information related to Tenant Insurance Certificates, Tenant Contact Info and other various Tenant information.
- Tenant Sales Information: Collecting/Inputting sales data on a monthly basis for Tenant sales, collecting annual certified sales, follow up with missing information, reviewing Tenant Sales report for completeness/accuracy/required area adjustments.
- Cash Receipts: daily review of deposits, posting into JDE and preparing/submitting daily audit package, processing cash applications.
- Invoicing: input/issue pay as due invoices, backcharges, percent rent, credit reimbursements, construction deposits, Non-Tenant Invoices.
- Financial – assist Mgr with prep schedules for budget/forecasting, inputting miscellaneous expenses, assist with monthly accruals and administration duties as required.
- Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years in shopping centre administration with experience in lease administration, accounting, credit and collections
- Education: completion of a university degree or college diploma
- Have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment that constantly evolves and adapts.
