Business Analyst II

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months

Pay Range: $50 to $57 per hour

Business Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• A lot of excel reports (Macro/output and inputs). VBA, Tableu/ Alteryx (nice to have)
• Investigations need to be completed, investigations from other teams come in and need to figure out.
• Learn where to look for information based on investigation query
• Ability to investigate- and be self -sufficient and show initiative
• Ability to multi-task is very important. Competing priorities will come in and must prioritize requests.
• Be comfortable working on different systems and application. Need to be tech savvy. Need to patient with IT issue that could be arise due to multiple systems.
  
  

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• 3 + Years of Corporate/Commercial Lending Operations Experience preferably with a Financial Institution is required for this role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, International Business or other related Discipline
• Have a risk management and control focus with a high level of personal accountability and ownership of their role.
• Highly motivated professional, possessing strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and attention to details with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment and of the MS Office suite, as well as proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables and database management functions, VBA, power pivots, array functions and others.
