APMC is seeking a talented Intermediate to Senior Designer to join our team, contributing your creative expertise across multiple streaming app projects. While the primary focus will be on Victory+ Sports, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of apps in our portfolio, spanning different industries.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering compelling visual content and a broad range of design experience. From digital graphics to print collateral, your work will ensure consistency and quality across all projects, while aligning with the brand standards of each app.

Who You Are:

You are a highly skilled designer with strong conceptual abilities, a sharp attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable designing for a wide array of projects beyond sports. You communicate effectively with both teammates and internal teams, and you approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, and multimedia presentations
• Develop branding and identity solutions for various campaigns and events.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on the sports industry and design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
• Design different types of graphics for a diverse set of digital demands. Everything from social media, ads used during broadcasts, arena graphics, decks, and more. 
• Contribute to the development of creative design concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, and multimedia presentations.
• Suggest and make creative alterations to projects.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and original artworks.
• Engage with internal teams and clients to understand their design needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final product.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality of our design work, including using AI tools.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big egos need not apply.
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Marketing design (email, social media, slide decks) 
• Possess strong conceptual skills, a high level sense of design, layout, and typography, and be a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.
• Has a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Major brownie points for experience with professional sports teams in North America
•  Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence in every project.
