Position: Returns Analyst

Location: Montreal (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Job Type: 1-Year Contract with Potential for Extension

We are seeking a Returns Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in the Accounts Receivable department by ensuring inventory accuracy and seamless credit processes. In this hybrid role, you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue Return Authorizations (RAs) following retailer-specific procedures and approval processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage and validate returns accurately.
• Process credit notes efficiently across multiple warehouses.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all corrections and transactions are properly processed in the ERP system.
• Analyze and document processes, providing suggestions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with various departmental tasks and projects as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role.
• Strong Excel skills (including V-lookups and pivot tables).
• Experience with credit note processing and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
