Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements Defining the product vision
Ensuring that the product supports the companyâs overall strategy and goals
Gain a Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience
Identify and fill product gaps
Generate new ideas that grow market share Improve customer experience
Drive growth Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
General Skills
Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Experience working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples becoming an expert with respect to the competition
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Product Management - 30%
⢠Knowledge of Gateways, APIs and Managed File Transfer systems
⢠Knowledge of various integration protocols like SOAP, REST, GraphQL etc.
Project Management - 15%
⢠Experience in the developing and managing plans for medium to large projects, including resource management, RAID management and stakeholder management.
Public Service Experience - 5%
Presentation/communication skill - 10%

- Experience in documenting and presenting product roadmaps, requirements, backlog, functional description and user guides
- Experience working with implementation teams to build and roll out products
- Experience providing support to CRMs and Operations staff
- Knowledge of Web Servers, Application Servers, Tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes/OpenShift Container Platform
- Experience with Application hosting service models, pricing, licenses, platform evergreening

Must Haves
- 5+ years of exp in product management
- Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to product retirement
- Experience in leading or delivering users stories
- Experience in using product management tools such as Devops, Jira, Figma and Miro (similar tools)
