As a Claims Support Representative, Bodily Injury you will work in collaboration with claims representatives and other key stakeholders to provide high level investigation support through internal and external systems on bodily injury claims and claimant background information while documenting findings according to our best practices.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Utilizing internal claims systems and external tools to complete advanced desk bound investigation of files referred from Bodily Injury team members.
  • Searching social media, online sources, public information and completing Consumer Insurance Search (CIS) and Autoplus searches as required.
  • Collaborating with claims staff and other internal and external departments through the investigation process.

To Join Our Team

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or related field.
  • You have a post-secondary education.
  • You are or are willing to work towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Having previous experience in desktop investigations is considered an asset.
  • Having knowledge of bodily injury claims process is considered an asset.


What You Need To Know

  • You will travel occasionally.
  • You are required to have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Detail oriented work that requires a moderate degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time.  
  • You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
