The Private Wealth 1859 segment of National Bank is dedicated to providing wealth management services and advice to a distinctive and high-net-worth clientele. In this role, as part of the Administration, Performance Measurement and Risk Operational Quality team, you will work with a multidisciplinary team that manages and delivers large-scale projects that have a significant impact on GP1859's efficiency, profitability and customer experience.
Your job
- To act as a
link between the regions and the corporate teams, providing knowledge, specific
context and the needs of our clients - Act as a
specialist for escalating complex operational and administrative requests - Carry out
the necessary follow-ups and verifications to ensure the quality of the service - Analyze
complex operational problems and solve them by adapting existing concepts - Understand
and identify risks and challenges related to significant issues and provide
advisory support requiring investment expertise - Represent
GP1859 in the deployment of Wealth Management enhancements/projects
independently
Within the Corporate & Private Banking 1859 sector, you are part of a team of 13 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Administration & Performance Measurement , Risk and Operational Quality. Our team stands out for its quality of advisory, its rigor and its regulatory expertise.

Prerequisite
- Completed bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Successful completion and registration of Project Management (PMP) is an asset and will be an integral part required within 18 months.
- Strong experience in investment transactions as well as in the business sector (commercial and wealth management)
- Ability to seize opportunities for improvement and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide advice and recommendations to partners
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple files, with dynamism and an interest in learning
- Ease with day-to-day operational activities
- Rigour, analytical thinking and agility
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English, essential
