Overview

As the Marketing Manager- Regional Partnerships & Portfolio Integration, your mandate will be to drive growth by delivering PFC’s regional marketing agenda with our biggest brands, drive greater connectivity between our field selling organization and marketing and drive greater effectiveness as our POS SME for the organization. Building strong relationships is integral to this role as you partner with multiple Marketing teams from both divisions, externally with agency partners, and within our selling and operations organization.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be working on:

  • Regional Marketing: Build western activation strategy to drive growth in the region across partnerships, brand, and customer levers. Set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results in partnership Region Director.
  • Marketing lead for RSD forum - Key member of RSD team - brand link between the field and marketing to pressure test programing, executional alignment and xf leadership.
  • Rollout Ownership (marketing) - lead the planning and execution of Marketing Content & Activation for S1 and S2 Rollouts for both Customer Development and Field Sales, including content consolidated across marketing, development of open/close decks, activation/assets including samples, swag, video content development, and logistics. Sit as a key member of the conference committee team and playing a lead role in agenda development, theme development and overall conference design and execution.
  • FEM Marketing Content Ownership & Digital Pocket Card Development - every period consolidate program/innovation content from marketing team to feed into master FEM deck and develop the digital pocket card with MarkIV facilitating, stakeholder/brand reviews and translation.
  • Generic National POS - work in partnership with RSD team to identify generic POS requirements (i.e. shelf strips, evergreen comms, pricing) and brief, create and deploy POS with a focus on driving National consistency.
  • IRC SME - lead, align and deploy IRC allocation process improvement. Lead annual redemption consolidation and cascade to marketing team. Work with NRM to develop strategy and deploy the right value equation for consumers
  • Instore Centre of excellence- Lead & development new governance and ways of working for all instore POS inclusive of monitoring of POS allocations/creative process for total PFC and recommend/action optimizations as required. Partner with POS agencies to improve sustainability tied to POS tools (maximize corrugate usage to min waste, influence use of sustainable materials) and develop POS waste model in partnership with field team to drive productivity.
  • National Calendar - Lead strategic development and maintenance of Large Format Calendar - act as lead across functional groups to gain alignment and post game results in a timely manner.
