Airport Customer Service is seeking a highly responsible individual with demonstrated administrative experience, possesses a high level of accountability for achieving results, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. This Administrative Assistant will support the ACS Station Manager with all administrative responsibilities in the station and will ensure the office operates smoothly while providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Summary Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of All Tasks)

  • Manage personnel files for all employees, including processing new hire paperwork, filing documents, and managing document retention policies
  • Manage the full invoicing process, including paying invoices, printing documents, and retaining documentation per company policies
  • Manage the relationships with all vendors, including serving as the liaison for communications, vendor onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and all escalations
  • Assist Station Leadership with employee engagement events
  • Manage security and restricted access credentials for all employees, including SIDA/RAIC badges, keys, and parking passes
  • Oversee licensing and certification processes for Ground Service Equipment (GSE) with the appropriate provincial and federal government agencies
  • Handle administrative tasks of the station, including managing phone calls and mail handling
  • Ensure full compliance with station requirements with company and government required audits, reports, training, and other tasks
  • Complete data and reporting requirements as needed to provide to the company, airport authority, and other government agencies

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • High standards of performance for self and others, with the ability to guide others in adhering to these standards
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of Delta operational procedures and policies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking skills with the ability to make quick, prudent decisions
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED/CAEC, or high school equivalency
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in Canada
  • Must be fluent, both written and orally, in French

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)

  • 2 or more years of experience in an administrative support role
