- Open and maintain files
- Manage and organize the lawyers’ electronic calendars
- Prepare legal documents
- Review texts
- Litigation experience is a must
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Pleasant and welcoming personality with an amicable and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
