A career as a Senior Business Partner in Climate Risk Analytics and Data
means playing a key role in measuring the carbon footprint of our portfolios
and setting GHG emission reduction targets, in line with the requirements of
the NZBA. You
will contribute to the integration of the various ESG requirements within the
Bank, by participating in the implementation of OSFI's new Guideline B-15 on
climate risk management. A stimulating position at

Your job
- Contribute to the establishment, maintenance
and optimization of data environments necessary to measure the carbon footprint
of the Bank's portfolios (loans and investments) - Perform
the necessary quality assurance and quality control activities to guarantee
data integrity, accompany and support the efforts of the business lines in the
data collection process including the evolution of the ESG Client
questionnaires. - Collaborate with team members to develop
carbon footprint data visualization tools and contribute to the industry's
strategic vision of climate risk - Act as a lead and carbon footprint calculation
specialist with colleagues, internal or external partners - To present to various working committees and regulatory bodies (Represent the Bank in various
committees and external forums) - Contribute to the drafting and evolution of various public reports
related to environmental risk (e.g. ESG report, climate report)
Your team
Within
the Credit Analytics and Climate Risks sector, you are part of a
vice-presidency of about eighty colleagues and a team of about fifteen
colleagues. You report to the Senior Director of the Crisis, Data and Climate
Risk Simulation team. Our team stands
out for its varied expertise in credit risk and quantitative methods. You enjoy
a flexible and hybrid working environment with a target of 40% in the office.

Prerequisite
- Relevant
education and between three and five years of experience in the field - Knowledge of climate/ESG concepts
- Ability to manipulate structured and unstructured data
- Knowledge of GHG Protocol and/or PCAF standards
- Knowledge or experience
with SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI
