We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton, ON.

Responsibilities{{:}}

  • Analyzing driver behaviour to ensure road safety
  • Coaching drivers over the phone or calling them in person regarding their behavior analysis
  • Reporting High Risk drivers based on their behavior analysis
  • Prepare weekly reports regarding driver coaching and trainings
  • Coordinating with dispatch and driver trainers to ensure proper coaching and training
  • Processing Video retrieval request from claims team
  • Weekly meeting with Dashcam Vendor for any existing issues
  • Coordinating with shop in case found any technical issue with the Dash cam
  • Audit Drivers HOS, support on queries of Drivers and other duties related to HOS
  • Answer calls from drivers who have a maintenance issue with their equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule service (including vendors) and give an accurate start and completion time to the customer
  • Maintain contact with both the customers and vendors to ensure the repairs are completed in an orderly manner
  • Communicate any service disruptions and route changes due to down equipment to dispatch

Requirements

  • Minimum 1year of experience working in the Safety & Compliance Department
  • Post-secondary diploma is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Service Writer is an asset
  • Report Generation{{:}} Possesses the ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and/or writing basic queries
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Knowledge of Truck maintenance and repair is required
  • Availability to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular weekly schedule required
