Bilingual English/French Business Development Representative (BDR)

Our client is a leader in the pharma/medical device sector and are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual English/French BDR. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of their company.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying potential new customers within the [specific region or market]. Your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue by promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional support in both English and French languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels in both English and French.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is essential.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
