What you will do as a General Labourer:

• Outdoor Work: Thrive in outdoor environments, working effectively in various weather conditions.
• Physical Demands: Confidently handle physically demanding tasks with a strong work ethic.
• Pallet Handling: Assess, sort, and manage pallets with precision and attention to detail.
• Tool Operation: Safely operate pneumatic nail guns and other tools essential to the role.
• Inventory Management: Adhere to and enforce proper inventory procedures, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Versatility: Take on additional duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Flexible Support: Provide temporary or fill-in support for production or yard operations as needed, maintaining smooth operations across all areas.

• You will use your manual skills. You will very frequently be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). We won't hide it from you, this is a physically demanding position;
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and a combination of postures: sitting, standing and walking required;
• Punctuality, concentration and attention to detail;
• Team spirit and collaboration.
