Our Group Insurance Department is currently looking for a Customer Experience Agent. The person in charge of this position will be responsible for providing customer service, including telephone calls, paper requests and e-mails, according to the schedules already established by the manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering questions and resolving customer issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering administrative questions posed by plan administrators and/or the broker. This role involves a number of administrative tasks that require the incumbent to be versatile and have a sense of prioritization.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with contract terms and coverage details.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and paper inquiries, addressing queries from insured individuals, administrators, and brokers.
  • Manage daily email inquiries regarding employee additions, terminations, dependent additions, and health declaration forms.
  • Handle phone calls related to administrative inquiries, billing, and requests for cards or brochures.
  • Address questions regarding monthly billing from group administrators, including inquiries about charged amounts and pre-authorized debits.
  • Assist with special group assignments as directed by the manager.
  • Enter received premiums into the system and coordinate with suppliers for card requests.
