About the Role

The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping and nurturing the company's culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. Reporting directly to the President and co-founder, this position will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Streamlining the employee lifecycle to enhance the overall employee experience and efficiency.
  • Enhancing employer brand to attract top talent across all three countries.
  • Leveraging Lattice for performance management focusing on continuous feedback and employee development.
  • Strengthening employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
  • Establishing clear HR metrics and reporting to monitor progress on various HR aspects.
  • Enhancing compliance and policy development to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Building strong relationships across departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

What You Have

  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Skills in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management frameworks.
  • Ability in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution.
  • Expertise in Policy Development and Compliance.
  • Experience in Training and Development Program Design.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and HR Metrics.
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Administration.
  • Skills in Project Management.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles.
  • Previous experience in a multi-country operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR management is a plus.
  • Experience in remote team management is desirable.
  • Proven track record of successful HR project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
