Physiotherapist – Lethbridge, AB

CBI Health Lethbridge, is located in the heart of downtown, overlooking the scenic coulees and river bottom. Only an hour from the U.S/Canada border and an hour and a half from Waterton Lakes National Park and the Rocky Mountains, Lethbridge is an ideal location for those outdoor enthusiasts. Lethbridge is a thriving hub of adventure and activities including the Helen Schuler Coulee Centre in the river bottom, the Japanese Gardens, and exploring our local farmers' market. The city is host to a number of events and concerts throughout the calendar year with such things as the Dragon Boat Festivals, Whoop Up Days and Rodeo, Winter Light festival, and so much more.

This clinic delivers both acute and complex interdisciplinary programing for both funded and private payors. The clinical team is comprised of Physiotherapist, Kinesiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physicians, Psychologists, and Experience Associates. As a Physiotherapist at this location, you will have access to both a private treatment room along with a shared treatment area and large gym space. This role provides the opportunity to work within a variety of services streams to further develop and advance upon your current skill set. Internal mentorship and education, along with funding for external courses is available.

  • Work with clients, in our acute and complex service streams, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
  • Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
  • Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
  • Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community

What You Need To Be Successful

  • You are a graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Passion about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development
  • A strong client-centered approach
