Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator in the Energy Industry in Calgary, Alberta.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
A typical day:
- Manage HR inbox and investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
- Provide information and answer employee questions
- Maintain employee files and ensure timely updates to employee information
- Proofread ,edit and review documents to ensure error free content and consistency
- Render assistance in processing payroll and benefits related documentation and maintain records
- Assist and coordinate with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide support with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate sourcing
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience working as an HR Administrator
- Previous experience with SAP and DocuSign
- Knowledge of provincial and federal legislation relating to employment standards
- Excellent communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
- Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow and develop with our organization
- 65K - 70K annually
- Competitive salary $65,000 to $70,000, based on qualifications and relevant experience
- This is a 12 month contract position
- The company intends to consider this temporary role for permanent placement
