Strategic Private Equity Partner — Luxury Real Estate

Our company is a boutique luxury real estate operator and advisory firm, focused on luxury SFL (Single Family Leisure) real estate as an institutional grade investment vehicle.

Our world-class team has proven management experience with $150M+ of luxury vacation rental assets, in 36 markets and 16 different countries across the Americas, Caribbean, Europe, and South-East Asia.

Our property partner and investor base is made up of private wealth management professionals, UHNW individuals and family offices looking to hedge their current real estate holdings with the asymmetric return profile of the SFL asset class.

To further support the company's growing deal flow, we are now seeking strategic private equity partners to help fulfill our pipeline of new property acquisitions with qualified investor referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, preferably real estate private equity
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Excellent networking skills
• Strong network of potential investor contacts

Compensation

• Generous commissions splits in each successful asset acquired, up to $70,000 USD per successful deal
• Options for equity into our operating company may be granted on a milestone basis (no initial buy-in required)
