Responsibilities
- Support the Vice President's within Technology Operations.
- Create, maintain and execute on Vice Presidents communication strategy & tactics.
- Support Vice Presidents in communicating their strategy, goals and priorities to the larger team.
- Plan & coordinate Vice Presidents townhalls & employee events.
- Recommend & implement process improvements across VPs groups.
- Ensure Vice Presidents purpose & branding is defined, represented and communicated on all Banking media platforms.
- 3+ years as a Business Consultant or in Communications.
- Experience with Event Planning (virtual and in-person).
- Experience with internal business communications.
- Experience Creating Social Media Posts.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration.
Soft Skills (candidate Must Have):
- Organized and Detail Oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work as part of a team (with other business consultant).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strategic.
- Financial Industry or Banking experience is a strong nice to have.
- Experience working with large organizations.
- Social Media Engagement experience.
- Experience with Workplace would be a strong nice to have.
