Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Required in office on Tuesdays and the 2nd Friday of each month. Additional in-office days may be needed for events held on non-core days)

Contract Length: 12 months.

We at Raise are hiring a Business Consultant - Intermediate for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President's within Technology Operations.
  • Create, maintain and execute on Vice Presidents communication strategy & tactics.
  • Support Vice Presidents in communicating their strategy, goals and priorities to the larger team.
  • Plan & coordinate Vice Presidents townhalls & employee events.
  • Recommend & implement process improvements across VPs groups.
  • Ensure Vice Presidents purpose & branding is defined, represented and communicated on all Banking media platforms.

Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years as a Business Consultant or in Communications.
  • Experience with Event Planning (virtual and in-person).
  • Experience with internal business communications.
  • Experience Creating Social Media Posts.
  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration.

Soft Skills (candidate Must Have):

  • Organized and Detail Oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team (with other business consultant).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strategic.

Nice-to-Have

  • Financial Industry or Banking experience is a strong nice to have.
  • Experience working with large organizations.
  • Social Media Engagement experience.
  • Experience with Workplace would be a strong nice to have.
