Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out process, provide exceptional customer service, and assist guests with inquiries and requests. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring guest satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.


• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.


• Manage reservations and answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.


• Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency.


• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.


• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.


• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in computer systems and reservation software.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
