We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Moncton, NB. As a Driver, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service. 

What you’re responsible for: 

  • Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch  
  • Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions 
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation 
  • Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc 
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities 
  • Providing our customers with excellent customer service!  


To join our team: 

  • Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a driver or in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures 
  • Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions 
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
