Manager, Corporate Accounting

One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their team for a 12-month contract.

As a Corporate Accounting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and operations of a dynamic, global agency. You'll lead a team of finance professionals, manage financial reporting and analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your media finance and invoicing expertise will be invaluable in optimizing financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly financial forecasts
• Analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage accrual accounting practices and monitor financial performance
• Analyze contracts, budgets, and financial models to support decision-making
• Perform month-end revenue recognition procedures
• Prepare and present financial reports
• Support and coordinate responses to auditors
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA certification
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Working knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS/SOX
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent working proficiency with Excel
• Experience working in an advertising or professional services firm
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
