Our client, a leader in the automotive industry is growing and looking to add an experienced, Licensed Tool & Die Maker to their team.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $37.25 - $41.50 per hour (based on experience).

- Troubleshooting stamping presses and repair dies as needed.
- Measuring of parts using knowledge of metric scale.
- Welding and use of a variety of welding equipment.
- Set up and operation of various machines including lathes, grinders and milling machines.
- Using a hoist and/or crane to lift dies.
- Read and interpret specification for assembly/disassembly.
- Clean, polish, grind, and finish dies.
- Weld, cut and grind edges and surfaces.
- Perform preventative maintenance on cast transfer and progressive dies.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work various shifts on a rotational basis.
- Ability to read drawings, manuals, notes and designs.
- Exceptional knowledge of various machining and tool making equipment.
- Experience working with progressive, and transfer presses/dies.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
- Operation of overhead crane.
- Physically fit for heavy lifting of 50 lbs.
- Tool & Die Maker, COQ required.
- 1-2 years’ experience required.
