About This Team

This is an incredible opportunity to join the Raw Materials Commercialization team. The Raw Materials team create industry leading, high quality, eco-friendly performance raw materials in collaboration. We transform design concepts into reality, research new technologies/solutions, and develop fabrics, trims, colour & prints that surprise & delight the guest while meeting quality and compliance standards.

A Day In The Life

  • To support the RM Development Team in Data maintenance, ordering and tracking master standards, sample orders, shipping and receiving, travel arrangements, creating seasonal toolbox cards, etc.
  • To provide system and process support for the Raw Material Development team with input and tracking of seasonal calendar deliverables.
  • Managing Wear Test samples for Developers
  • Excited and energized about learning and seeking knowledge while contributing towards the growth of the RM Development team.

Qualifications

  • University/College Degree required in textiles science or textiles. We will consider candidates without a degree if the Industry experience demonstrates a strong technical background in Raw Materials
  • 0-2 years of apparel or textile industry experience and a working knowledge of the industry.
  • Technical knowledge gained in retail / manufacturing environment covering areas of textiles from fibres, yarn, material construction, finishes and printing would be preferred
  • Problem solving capabilities, multi tasking and energized about making a difference

This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy (see SSC Workplace Program youlu page for an overview ) :

Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in , or willing to relocate to , the specified work location .

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation And Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $55,300 - $72,600 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program  , subject to program eligibility requirements.
