Now, they are seeking an Operations/Divisional Manager to drive their bridge division out of Edmonton and take overall accountability for developing the team through mentorship of staff, management of P&L, and managing strategic growth.

The compensation for this opportunity is based on experience; however, the company does offer a competitive base salary along with industry leading benefits programs including a company vehicle with gas card, RRSP matching, bonus, company share programs and more.

- Experience in leading teams and/or a business unit.
- Ample experience in the heavy civil space (bridge experience being highly advantageous)
- Drive to succeed – your passion for mentoring staff and delivering results for your team, and clients is what will make you most successful in this role
- Desire to continue learning and growing within your career – Plenty of mentorship and training available from industry leading talent
- Ability to communicate effectively – at all levels, with various stakeholders
