Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role, managing transformational programs.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations at the executive level with stakeholders.
  • Experience scoping, managing and delivering projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project/program management, while leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and management through change.
  • Experience in strategy, change management and rolling-out large scale initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaged priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate analysis results into insights and business recommendations while working with data, analytics and technical teams.

About The Job

gTech’s Analytics, Products and Tools team (gAPT) leverages deep user

insights and gen AI technology to improve or automate Google's Ads customer support experiences. gAPT partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to simplify our Ads support products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. We are leaders of the customer experience, advocating for big-picture visions, feature requests, and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights. Our work enables gTech teams to deliver delightful support to our customers.

As the PSO Strategic Program Management team, we provide program management leadership and serve as the linchpin for gTech’s highest value programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overarching strategy to deliver outcomes for customers and the business. With expert organization, communication, and stakeholder management, we orchestrate seamless program execution, turning gTech’s goals and strategy into reality, one milestone at a time. We work cross-functionally across gAPT initiatives as well as Professional Services Organization specific programs to deliver impact to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the program strategy and objectives, assess and communicate impact to business stakeholders.
  • Drive governance and engagement cadence across multiple work streams to ensure clear decision and escalation paths.
  • Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to design and build program objectives, priorities, implementation plan.
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure continuous execution of program milestones, deliverables and success metrics.
  • Provide regular updates, storyboards and communications to stakeholders and partners for alignment, and to surface risks, action items or key dependencies impacting program delivery quality or timeline.
