Responsibilities

Plans and reviews project specifications and assists in developing construction schedules and site management plan - s.Oversees site setup, including enclosures, offices, access, and utilities, and ensures adherence to the site safety progra
- m.Monitors construction progress, enforces schedules, and ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the sit
- e.Coordinates activities between trades and suppliers, maintains daily logs, and leads effective site meeting
- s.Implements quality control programs, including mock-ups, in-suite finishes, upgrades, and ensures accuracy in trade progress certificate
- s.Works with authorities and consultants to obtain occupancy permits and coordinates the commissioning of all equipmen
